My name is Savanah. I go to Ilminster Intermediate school in gisborne. I was born in Brisbane, Australia but I moved to Gisborne when I was three months old. I have two brothers and I live with one of them and my mum.
I’m good at writing, reading, and maths, I enjoy Connections in Matauranga. Connections is a programme where we do science, art, cooking and music classes. Things that have challenged me this year is adjusting to my new class and meeting new people but we quickly adjusted. My goals for this year is to get better at math because I need to work on my division and fractions, another goal for me is to keep being positive around school.
This year I am looking forward to more Opportunities this year like drama and out of school activities. I am also looking forward to having fun with new people and working with others I don't normally work with. The people that inspire me are the hardworking teachers at our school and others that do the right thing all the time and that's what I’m trying to do better and I will hopefully achieve that.
Welcome to my blog for learning.
I look forward to sharing my learning with my school,
my whānau and friends everywhere.
